ILINX Export

Extract, convert and migrate data
& documents from your ECM system.

Large California City
Used for public access to permits and other documents associated with properties, ILINX Export enable constituents to search for desired documents through a City Web site portal. They can search by address or parcel number to find information relating to a specific property and view selected documents.  Benefits to the City, constituents and business partners include 24/7 access, expediency and efficiencies associated with self-service.

Major Car Manufacturer
ILINX Export allows the car maker to perform daily exports of selected document content and associated metadata, convert to PDF’s on the fly and replicate the PDF documents to
an offsite high-speed web hosting environment. Franchised dealerships are then able to access the documents via a Web portal.  Dealers and Corporate Headquarters in Japan now have immediate access to critical documents, streamlining the exchange of information.

City of Kennewick, Washington
Utilizing the stand-alone mode, Kennewick’s City Clerk uses ILINX Export to build Council meeting agendas from disparate agenda item documents at a desktop. The Clerk searches by date, bundles and renames the result set. The ePacket can be printed and posted to the City’s web site for public viewing.

California University Campus
With AP documents that are approved by more than 4,000 users as far as 100 miles away, the Campus needed a way for users to access the documents from within the AP system they were already familiar with.  ILINX Export allows users to securely search for and view PDFs of documents from their desktops. Now taking minutes instead of days, the processes of approving 100,000+ documents per month has been significantly streamlined.

ILINX Export enables data and documents to be extracted from ECM repositories on demand, for migration and for managed exports at both the UI and API level.
Multiple, rammable interfaces, from GUIs to portals, can be used to intuitively export in a variety configurations and formats. ILINX Export enables disclosure, public access, controlled access, compliance and the compiling of select information for streamlining business processes.

Enterprise Server (API)
ILINX Export Enterprise Server provides an easy and consistent interface for the retrieval and display of images/documents from Oracle ECM repositories through standard Web service applications. To economically service a large number of external users, connection pooling can be utilized to reduce user access loads.

Workstation (UI)
Installed on end-user desktops, Workstation—or stand-alone mode—of ILINX Export allows individuals to access groups of documents from Oracle ECM software, then output the documents to a desired location, using meaningful file names. Using the querying power of Oracle, this flexible product extracts lists of documents, which can then be filtered manually.
