Once you have submitted the form, a response email will be sent to you with the appropriate billing instructions if you choose to pay via credit card or check. If you would like to pay with a PO#, please fill in the PO# field.

Payment by Credit Card: A representative of ImageSource will contact you regarding your credit card information.

Payment by Purchase Order: ImageSource must receive a signed copy of the PO prior to the first day of training.  Please mail or fax the check to the following address.

Payment by Check: ImageSource must receive the check prior to the first day of training. Please make the check payable to ImageSource, Inc. and mail to the above address.

Payment Policy: Payment for all courses is due before the start of the class.

Cancellation Policy: If an attendee cannot attend a training course for which they are registered for any reason, ImageSource, Inc. must receive a cancellation notification a minimum of 10 business days in advance in order to avoid a cancellation fee and receive a full refund. Cancellations received between 5-10 business days in advance are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Registrants who do not attend the training and do not contact ImageSource, Inc. in writing within 5 days prior to the training will be charged the entire registration fee. Companies may elect to send an alternate employee if the registered individual cannot attend. Please notify ImageSource, Inc. a minimum of two days prior to class to register the alternate.
