Tribal Nation sees rapid results with innovative COVID response.
Faced with an urgent need to manage resources and services related to the COVID-19 pandemic, a Washington state Tribal Nation required a remotely-deployed process solution to automate COVID test schedules, document results, and later schedule vaccinations for members, employees, and neighbors. The Nation also needed to share information with State and Federal health agencies. Ease-of-use was a top priority.
ImageSource leveraged the ILINX process-improvement platform to fast-track the design and implementation of an eForms solution that supported test scheduling. ILINX Capture and workflows communicated results and digitally shared information with other agencies. The solution went from prototype to live on the Nation’s website within a week and was later expanded to facilitate vaccination scheduling.
COVID test scheduling and follow- up communication were quickly automated through a solution that secured personal health information while facilitating communication with members and external agencies. The automated system builds on the Nation’s earlier investment in the ILINX platform to prevent spending on emergency or short- term needs. Tribal members, staff, and neighbors all benefit from the rapid response.
