This Free Move offer from ImageSource, Inc. is strictly limited to the following deliverables: 

  • A Project Charter document.
  • An estimated timeline and schedule for migration.
  • Migration of content (limited to content and metadata only) from source repository to an ILINX repository.
  • A summary report detailing the migration.

Limitations and Exclusions

  • Content Limitations: This Free Move offer covers only the migration of identified content and associated metadata. 
  • Repository Specificity: This Free Move offer applies only to migration from the customer’s source repository to an ILINX repository. Migration to any other destination or platform is not included.
  • Services Excluded: This Free Move offer explicitly excludes:
    • Any software development or customization
    • Any content or metadata transformation
    • Training or support beyond what is identified in the Project Charter
    • Ongoing maintenance or troubleshooting after migration completion
    • Any additional consultative services not specified in the offer description or Project Charter
  • Timeframe: This Free Move offer includes only the initial Project Charter with timeline estimates. Actual migration implementation timing may vary and is not guaranteed.
  • Report Scope: The summary report will include only details directly related to the migration process and outcomes. Extended analysis or recommendations are not included.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Except as expressly provided herein, ImageSource, Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any warranties arising from the course of dealing or usage of trade.  ImageSource, Inc. does not warrant that the migration will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet any specific requirements.
  • ImageSource, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss profits, business interruption, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • These warranty and damage exclusions shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

General Terms

  • ImageSource, Inc. reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate this Free Move offer at any time.
  • Any services or deliverables beyond those explicitly stated in the offer description will require additional payment at ImageSource, Inc.’s standard rates.
  • By accepting this Free Move offer, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these limitations, exclusions, and scope restrictions.
