Quinault Indian Nation sees rapid results with innovative COVID response.
The Quinault Indian Nation needed an immediate response to the COVID-19 public health crisis in order to protect its members. Faced with an urgent need to manage resources and services related to the pandemic, the Nation required a remotely-deployed process solution to automate COVID test schedules, document results, share information, and expedite support for members, employees, and neighbors.
ImageSource leveraged the ILINX process-improvement platform to fast-track the design and implementation of an eForms solution that supported test scheduling. ILINX Capture workflows communicated results and digitally shared information with other agencies. The solution went from prototype to live on the Quinault Indian Nation’s website within days. As the response evolved, the solution was later used to facilitate vaccination scheduling.
COVID test scheduling and follow-up actions were quickly automated through a solution that secured personal health information while facilitating vital communication. The solution builds on the Quinault Indian Nation’s earlier investment in the ILINX platform to prevent spending on emergency or short-term needs. The ability to quickly identify, quarantine, and support those affected ultimately reduced the spread of COVID-19 and improved community safety.
